Negotiated briefs

Explain in 1 sentence what is a negotiated brief?
A negotiation brief is when the company and the client discuss that they would want for example the expectations, money and what you're you don't like about the other parties side of the contract.  

- How do the parties decide the best ideas?
The parties can decide which is the best idea by brain storming things together and seeing what the other party thinks their idea needs improvement on.

-What are the benefits for the client?
the benefits of the client is the fact that they can choose if they want to do a job or not and they can change the contract because they choose how they want to work.

-What are the disadvantages?
The disadvantages of being this is the fact that if the company doesn't agree with your working conditions they can just move on to another client. 

-What are the benefits for the production company?
The advantages that a company has is the fact that the can set standards early on because the sort out the contract and the just need a clients that can work in terms and conditions.

-What are the disadvantages?
The disadvantages that companies have is that the clients and negotiate if they like the contract or not and its up to the company if they can afford to do them changes.
